After sales service system and commitment letter
（1） Warranty period and service measures during the warranty period
1. We provide a two-year quality guarantee for all manual products of our company. The motor of electric products has a five-year warranty, the institution has a three-year warranty, and the control system has a one-year warranty. Our company implements a three guarantee policy for product quality problems that occur during the warranty period, and waives fees (including material costs, labor costs, and transportation costs). The maintenance team provides 7 * 24-hour high-quality service. After receiving a fault call notification, we will reply within 2 hours and provide on-site service within 24 hours, and repair within 24 hours; If it cannot be repaired in a timely manner, the owner can entrust other units to repair it, and the cost will be borne by our company.
2. During the warranty period, the same product with the same quality issue cannot be used even after two consecutive repairs; Our company unconditionally replaces products of the same brand and model.
（2） Service measures outside the warranty period
After exceeding the warranty period, only the cost of spare parts will be charged within three years (see attached price list for spare parts supply; our company's product has a service life of more than 15 years).
After the warranty period, Party B shall continue to provide support services for the products sold. The service content is the same as the after-sales service content during the warranty period; When equipment malfunctions and requires maintenance, Party B shall charge equipment maintenance cost fees; Other services (on-site support and maintenance by Party B's engineers) are provided free of charge. The service mode and response time shall be the same as the after-sales service mode and response time during the warranty period; The service scope includes all equipment and related systems sold by Party B.
（3） After sales service response time
1. We provide 24/7 service within Guangzhou city. We will respond to customer calls within 2 hours and provide on-site solutions within 24 hours.
2. Provide 24-hour fault service acceptance; And ensure smooth communication equipment.
3. Provide 24-hour on-site support for major faults, and 5-8 hours of on-site support for general faults.
